Super no frills street food, but you must go. Tortas ahogadas are famous sandwiches that originated right here in Guadalara, and Colomos is where everyone I know likes to go! The tortas (sandwiches) are super cheap, like 40 pesos I think, each, so treat yourself and get more than one! You can get it already ahogada (drowned) in the salsa, or do it yourself. The main salsa is merely tomato based, so not spicy at all, but you can also add spicy salsa if thats your style.
